Daniel Gyebi is the founder and CEO of Capital Addition Finance LLC, a full service commercial finance and loan brokerage company based in Missouri City, Texas. He is a commercial finance consultant, attorney, and expert on entrepreneurship. A Texas and California licensed attorney with several years of domestic and international upstream oil and gas, business, commercial, contracting, and legal experience, Daniel retired from Chevron Corporation as senior counsel in December 2015, after serving Chevron for 30 years. His tour of duty with Chevron included positions in Texas and California as well as expatriate international assignments in Nigeria and Angola. Daniel obtained a: •B.S. Business Administration degree from Berea College, Kentucky; •M.B.A. Finance from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio; •M.A. Economics from California State University at Hayward; •Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of California at Berkeley School of Law; and •Doctorate of Business Administration (D.B.A.) in Entrepreneurship and Business Management from California Intercontinental University, Irvine, California. Daniel is also a graduate of the Commercial Capital Training Group in Albany, New York He is an active member of the State Bar of Texas and the State Bar of California.
